  6.    Ferrucio Busoni's mammoth Piano Concerto is spread over 5
  7. movements (with a male chorus in the finale!), taking about
  8. an hour to perform.  This is the 4th movement, a Tarantella
  9. ("All' Italiana").
  10.  
  11.    The sequence was done for a Proteus 2 (the orchestral
  12. instruments) and a Korg P3 piano module. The .mid file
  13. has transposed the basses track down an octave and the
  14. piccolo track up an octave, since these instruments sound,
  15. respecively, an octave lower and higher than written.
  16. The Proteus 2 allows for this, but most sound modules don't.
  17. The A Clarinets and French Horns have also been transposed to
  18. concert pitch.

  20.    To keep the orchestral tracks down to 16 channels, I've
  21. had to do a lot of program changes in the Tremolo Strings
  22. track. They're annotated in the Comments part of the track,
  23. but not all sequencers display this information, so I've
  24. given it below:
